The Water Commission has recommended Case C, which adds a $2.50 increase to the base rate and rearranges the tier levels to begin at 0 gallons. This means the base rate would no longer include 5,000 gallons. To watch Vice Chair Harshbarger present to the City Council, please watch the November 3, 2021, City Council Meeting.
