The City of Garden Ridge has been in the process of updating the Zoning Ordinance and it's now ready for the public to view. The document is 172 pages long and contains information pertaining to zoning regulations and districts. There are many changes compared to the current Zoning Ordinance, but we have created a presentation that explains the major differences. The City of Garden Ridge is required by Texas State Law to conduct public hearings on the Draft Zoning Ordinance to allow for public input. The first public hearing will be conducted on September 14, 2021, at 6pm at the Planning and Zoning Regular Meeting. The City of Garden Ridge will notify the public through a letter, which will be sent to the individuals listed on the Comal County Tax Roll.
