If you wish to revoke your ACH Automatic Draft, then please fill out the form below and return it to City Hall no later than the 10th day of the month.

BILLING ARRANGEMENT PLAN

The City of Garden Ridge offers a 4 month arrangement plan for your utility bill. You can complete the form in person at City Hall or email a completed form to the Utility Clerk. The form is available through the link below. You can calculate the monthly payment based off your "Remaining Balance" divided by 4.

 In order to continue giving our customers the quickest service and best attention, the City of Garden Ridge will now be going paperless via e-bills! Go paperless by signing up for e-billing service so you receive your bills quicker and allow more time to pay by the due date. If you’re at work, on vacation, living out of state, worried about your snail mail service, etc. there’s one sure way to receive your bill: email.
