The Recommended Capital Improvements Program (RCIP) was authorized by the City of Garden Ridge (City) in 2018 to further evaluate capital improvements recommendations from current City master plans and regional planning documents from both Comal County (County) and the Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG). Trihydro Corporation (Trihydro) completed the RCIP in July 2018 for the City. The work was completed under the direction,and with assistance from, the City’s Mayor, Council, and Staff. This report includes descriptions of the tasks completed during RCIP.

Current CIP Project Updates

The City of Garden Ridge is in the process of working with the CIP contractor on the CIP Project punchlist to complete and finalize the project.  

Wastewater

The City Council received a recommendation from the City of Garden Ridge Impact Fee Committee recommending adoption of Land Use Assumption and Capital Improvements Plan relating to adoption of Wastewater Master Plan and Impact Fee Study and adoption of Wastewater Impact Fee of $5,689.00.
