Stormwater

CITY OF GARDEN RIDGE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

Notice of Intent for Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4)

Stormwater is also a responsibility of the Public Works Department. The City of Garden Ridge has created a Stormwater Plan to help prevent pollution to local creeks and streams. To view the Stormwater Plan (click here).

Cities located within an urbanized area, that meet minimum qualifications as determined by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), are required to comply with stormwater regulations as outlined by the state MS4 requirements.

If you see pollution or have a concern the City of Garden Ridge has created a tracking system to allow you to report a violation or a concern (click here). This system will notify us and someone will get back with you within 48 hours. However, you can contact us at (210)651-6632 to report pollution or concerns, or you can email the Public Works Director (email).
