Payment of Fine/Costs

You may PAY ONLINE, in person, or by mail: 9400 Municipal Parkway Garden Ridge, TX 78266. The court accepts Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit/debit cards, cash, money orders, and cashier’s check and personal checks. Personal checks are NOT accepted on warrants. If you are unable to pay in full, other payment options may be available. 

Compliance Dismissals

Certain violations may be eligible for a compliance dismissal by presenting proof that the violation was corrected and done so within a certain time period.  You can find a list of violations and the requirements needed for a compliance dismissal by clicking HERE.

 Driving Safety Course

Completing a Driving Safety Course will give you the opportunity to have your moving violation dismissed and would not result in a conviction being reported on your driving record.  You can review the conditions and applicability by clicking HERE.

Deferred Disposition

Completing a Deferred Disposition can give you the opportunity to have your violation dismissed in certain instances and for specific violations.  You can review those options by clicking HERE. 

Appear in Court

If you would like to request any other options, you may request to be scheduled on a court docket to speak with a Judge or Prosecutor regarding your case.  You can review the applicability of the different types of dockets by clicking HERE.
