d. Recommend to City Council the reappoint of Robert Gunnarson, Richard Holloway and Wayne Mudge to new terms on the Quarry Commission.

e. Report from Ordinance 34 committee and discussion of next action. Review and discuss the latest draft of Ordinance 34. Discuss city legal review with City Attorney, George Hyde. Get pertinent feedback from Hanson, Vibratech and Austin Powder as necessary. Consider recommendations to City Council and City Attorney.
